Cash runway is a warning light, not a crystal ball.
Net burn is monthly cash outflows minus inflows. When burn is positive, divide available cash by that burn to estimate months of runway. When inflows cover outflows, this simple model has no finite depletion date. A board meeting is not the ideal place to discover the model assumed customers pay on time.
