FP&A CONSULTING

Better finance starts with a clearer view of what changed and what matters next.

I work with CFOs and finance teams on the FP&A work underneath better decisions: forecasts, scenarios, reporting, cash visibility and the systems that hold the process together.

WHAT THE WORK IS FOR

The deliverable is not the point. The decision is.

A forecast earns its keep when management learns something soon enough to act on it. I start with the operating question, then build the model, cadence or reporting around that. Otherwise Finance can spend a remarkable amount of time making a very polished answer to the wrong question.

HOW I THINK ABOUT IT

The output is only useful if it improves the conversation.

Curiosity before certaintyUnderstand what changed before deciding who or what is responsible.
Judgment over false precisionThe right level of accuracy depends on the decision the number needs to support.
Clarity is an operating advantageBad news, changing assumptions and weak signals need to travel quickly enough to matter.
